This two bedroom cottage fits up to 6 guests (4 adults max, 2 children max).  It is ideal for couples.
Each bedroom has a queen and single bed.

If you enjoy nature, mountains, forests, lakes and rivers, you will love the Catskill Mountains (known as the Catskills).  The Catskills lie within the bounds of six counties (Otsego, Delaware, Sullivan, Schoharie, Greene and Ulster)
Our cottage is located in the Town of Prattsville, NY, Greene County, about 2 ½ - 3 hours from New York City.  Prattsville is a small, historic town (about 740 residents) in the northwest part of the county, located on the Catskill Mountaintop where Greene, Delaware and Schoharie Counties meet above the Schoharie Valley.
Cabin is located on a small dead-end side street. There are houses and neighbors near the bungalow as you would see in any other town. We are NOT "in the woods". We are in walking distance from Main Street.
Whether you want to get away from everyday city noise, hear the birds, or just simply enjoy outdoors, we invite you to relax here.

This vacation rental offers low prices comparable to motel rates, but with the comfort of having your own little cottage and outside space for your getaway vacation trip.  Two porches, outdoor grill and garden swing.
Our cottage is fully furnished.  It fits up to 6 guests and it's ideal for 2 couples.  Available as a vacation rental at very reasonable prices, starting at just $97/night.  
Cottage is clean and cozy, providing you with a peaceful and homey feeling.

Inside the cabin: two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, small living room and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a queen and single/twin bed (sleeps up to 3 people).
Optional 2nd bedroom is available upon request, if less than 4 guests are booking the cabin.  This bedroom is included when booking for 4 - 6 people.  Second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a twin/single bed (sleeps up to 3).

Small Living room has a TV with basic Cable TV Programming. Wireless High Speed Internet connection is available.
Kitchen plus dining area includes a cooking stove, refrigerator, basic accessories, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Outside the cottage guests are welcome to use the grill and relax by the table.  Cottage has two large porches available for guests to use.

This lovely Catskills vacation cottage is conveniently located near Windham Mountain and Hunter Mountain - 10 miles from Windham, NY and 15 from Hunter, NY.
Enjoy the beauty of Catskill Mountains surroundings! Ski during winter season and have fun at the local festivals during spring, summer and fall.
Take a walk from the cottage to the nearby Schoharie Creek or Pratt Rock Park for a picnic with beautiful views. On your way you will find the Prattsville's Zadock Pratt Museum, Great American grocery store, couple of diners and a Tavern bar.
2 miles from us you will find Red Falls. We are about 5 miles from Gilboa Reservoir.

Additional Charges:
Cleaning fee: $69/stay (or once a week for longer stays)
Minimum stay: 2 nights (one night allowed on last minute booking basis only - please inquire)
3 night Weekend, Week and Month Discounts available: Save when booking longer stays
Holiday Weekends: 3 nights minimum charge. $385 (3 nights, 2 people) + cleaning fee.
Online Reservation Fee: 5.5% . To reduce this fee, ask us how you can pay us with Google Pay.
